What We Read

Owl Gig Radar may read visible on-screen text while monitoring is enabled. This may include gig-related information such as pay, miles, minutes, deliveries, size, and store name.

How We Use Data

• Local gig monitoring and filtering on the device
• Membership state and account access
• App settings, diagnostics, and fraud prevention for Owl Gig Radar membership

What We Do Not Collect or Store by Default

Owl Gig Radar is not intended to collect, upload, sell, or share Roadie recipient/customer information. Do not use the app to capture or disclose recipient names, customer names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, delivery notes, photos, protected health information, or other sensitive delivery data.

• Roadie username/password
• Roadie API access or session tokens
• Roadie recipient/customer data
• Visible screen content beyond local OCR/filtering unless redacted diagnostic sharing is explicitly enabled

Diagnostics

Logs remain local by default. If crash or error reporting is added later, it must be opt-in and redacted so sensitive Roadie data is not uploaded.

Membership / Payment

When enabled, membership and payment data are handled through Stripe, Firebase, and Render as applicable. Only the data necessary for membership, account access, app settings, diagnostics, and fraud prevention should be collected.

Retention and Deletion

Local settings stay on your device unless you clear app storage or uninstall. For deletion or privacy requests, contact support and do not include raw Roadie customer data unless specifically requested in redacted form.
